Our client required a web-based ordering system for the clients of their traffic signal division. The software "brains" behind this system is a web-based configurator system (see next project.)

This web-based configurator is used to generate the parts for the above Ordering System. The questions, possible answers and question logic is contained in a user-edited spreadsheet, interpreted by the configurator program.

This design can be quickly fitted to the needs of other companies.

Based on the answers to the questionnaire, the paragraphs of the master spec are presented as an explorer tree with some deselected. The user can choose to select/de-select paragraphs, edit them and insert new ones. When done, a Word document is generated consisting of the selected paragraphs and edits.

We have built an entire tracking system for a company that creates the bottles used by Estee Lauder and other perfume makers. We track the entire process – from the arrival of materials – and QA on those materials – through the final painting, etching, etc. and QA on the final product.
