Autolog is in the business of transporting cars both nationally and internationally. The business has two divisions, retail and commercial. The retail division provides a high level of personal services to customers transporting their vehicles between origins and destinations throughout the country. The reservations provide a complete history of all past customer orders. In addition cars are tracked from pickup to delivery.

The commercial division transports vehicles for auto manufacturers, moving services or other types of businesses. Normally services are contracted for multiple vehicles at a time.

All aspects of Autololog’s operation are automated. Detailed quotations are provided by highly trained reservations. These quotations are then electronically transmitted to customers. From the time that an order is received, all documents are computer produced and processing is tracked by the system. When a trip is commenced, data is posted to the accounting module. All cash receipts, purchasing and general ledger is integrated into one system. The end product of the system is financial statements.

The Autolog website provides the user with the ability of receiving an immediate quotation for a planned trip.
